We're not hiring. We're recruiting.

Not everyone gets this far. The right ones do.

This is for you. Maybe. Keep reading.

Nickle AI is young, fast, and done with the traditional playbook. We build AI products and systems that actually work — without the bloat, the politics, or the endless meetings about meetings.

We don't want to fill an empty spot. We're looking for the person who makes us think "where have you been all the time?"

Forget the CV. Here's what matters.

We're not going to ask for a polished resume or a cover letter that sounds like it was written by a LinkedIn algorithm. We're two young founders who care about very different things.

01

Honesty

The non-negotiable.

Tell us what you're good at. Tell us what you're not. Tell us when we're wrong. Seriously - we want to know. Resentment kills teams quietly from inside, and we'd rather have an uncomfortable conversation on day one than a passive-aggressive one six months in. If something bothers you, say it. That's how good teams stay good.

02

Reliability

Say it, mean it.

We give our team high agency. That means nobody's looking over your shoulder - but it also means when you say you'll do something, it gets done. We don't need perfection. We need people we don't have to chase.

03

Speed

Ideas don't wait.

In AI, the window between "cool idea" and "crowded market" is often just weeks or months. We move fast by default. If you're the kind of person who thinks of something and immediately wants to build it - you'll fit right in.

04

Contrarian thinking

The weirder the better.

We don't do things the traditional way because we don't think the traditional way works anymore. If you've always felt slightly out of place - too fast, too unconventional, too "why are we still doing it like this?" - this is where you belong.

The profile. Loosely.

There's no single job title here. What we're looking for looks more like this:

01

You use AI intelligently

Not just as an autocomplete, but as a genuine multiplier for your work.

02

You're a vibecoder

You ship things with AI assistance and you're not embarrassed about it.

03

You're a developer

You write actual code and know your way around a stack.

04

You're obsessed with AI

You follow the space, you experiment, you're always learning.

05

You bring a unique edge

You're none of the above - but you have a good reason why we should talk.

Skills can be learned - especially now, when AI compresses years of learning into weeks. What can't be taught is how someone thinks. That's what we're really hiring for.

No formal applications. Please.

Don't send us a PDF. Don't write us a cover letter in third person. Just reach out like a human.

Tell us who you are, what you're working on, what you're genuinely bad at, and why you think we'd be a good fit. That's it. Bonus points if you make us laugh or show us something you built.

We're growing slowly and intentionally. Follow what we're building - when the time is right, you'll know.
