We're not hiring. We're recruiting.

Not everyone gets this far. The right ones do.

This is for you. Maybe. Keep reading.

We don't want to fill an empty spot. We're looking for the person who makes us think "where have you been all the time?"

Forget the CV. Here's what matters.

We're not going to ask for a polished resume or a cover letter that sounds like it was written by a LinkedIn algorithm. We're two young founders who care about very different things.

Honesty

The non-negotiable.

Tell us what you're good at. Tell us what you're not. Seriously, we want to know. Resentment kills teams quietly from inside, and we'd rather have an uncomfortable conversation now than a passive-aggressive one later. If something bothers you, say it.

Reliability

Say it, mean it.

We give our team high agency. That means nobody's looking over your shoulder — but it also means when you say you'll do something, it gets done. We need people we don't have to chase.

Speed

Ideas don't wait.

In AI, the window between "cool idea" and "crowded market" is often just weeks or months. We move fast by default. If you're the kind of person who thinks of something and immediately wants to build it - you'll fit right in.

Contrarian thinking

The more unusual the better.

Most processes exist because someone built them, not because they're the best way. We'd rather have someone who questions that than someone who files it away under 'that's just how it works.'

The profile. Loosely.

Skills can be learned. Especially now, when AI compresses years of learning into weeks. What can't be taught is how someone thinks. That's what we're really hiring for.

There's no single job title here. What we're looking for looks more like this:

  • You use AI intelligently
  • You're a vibecoder
  • You're a developer
  • You're obsessed with AI
  • You bring a unique edge

No formal applications. Please.

Don't send us a PDF. Don't write us a cover letter. Just reach out like a human.

Tell us who you are, what you're working on, what you're genuinely bad at, and why you think we'd be a good fit. That's it. Bonus points if you make us laugh or show us something you built.

We're growing steadily and intentionally. Follow what we're building. When the time is right, you'll know.
